Never again! Paid 6 months in advance. On check in -They wanted taxes paid up front and then ran my card under a different persons reservation. Then they wanted to run it again & again. Was given a room that tub didn’t work, couldn’t open windows, coffee maker was broken. We informed receptionist and she said she was aware the room didn’t have a working tub before she booked us. But nobody uses it anyway. Said there was nothing she could do about it. Wouldn’t give us another room. No discount or attempt to make it right. After visiting this place for over 20 years it has continued to go down hill. Things are falling apart and they don’t fix them. Don’t be fooled. Water is stinky and stays on your skin. Was told the owner would call me in 4 days to discuss the issues. We shall see.
