Royal Wharf is a very clean and quiet residential area, full of modern newly built developments. The main downside is the close proximity to the City Airport: airplanes' sound emissions are very loud and constant from 4.30am till 10pm. While a good acoustic insulation can work in the cold months, when windows are open or you're sit on a balcony, the sound is really loud, you're barely able to hear your TV. Too bad, otherwise it could have been a nice choice for living in London.
