If you're even considering staying here, read this first. Dirty, Unsafe, and Completely Unprofessional Our group of 31 people booked rooms here on April 2, 2025, expecting a clean and safe stay for 1,030 shekels (~$260 USD) per room. We were forced to leave within 2.5 hours due to how disgusting and unsafe the hotel was. Dirty Beds in Nearly Every Room Sheets covered in hairs, stains, black marks, and even cigarette burns. When we brought it up, staff told us to “just cover the burns and not look at them.” Replacement linens were just as filthy. This is their standard, not an accident. Bathrooms Not Cleaned Hair clumps in tubs and on the floor Black grime, dust, and smudges everywhere Some rooms had attic hatches left open, making guests feel watched Open electrical panels and dirty vents (see photos) Staff Were Aggressive and Dismissive One staff member cornered a guest in an elevator and yelled at them Others told us we were overreacting and suggested we clean the tubs ourselves They blamed the laundry service, denied responsibility, and made no real effort to fix anything No Way to Lock Rooms from Inside Doors only lock from the outside, meaning staff can enter at any time This, combined with the hostility, made us feel unsafe We didn’t stay a single night. We left the hotel entirely and scrambled to find new accommodations. Bottom line: This hotel is not worth your time or money. The conditions are unacceptable for any price, let alone what they charge. I’ve attached photos so you can see for yourself — I only wish we had known before booking.
