The whole experience from the time we got to the resort was very good and all the staff that we encountered were very welcoming and customer friendly. I want to extend an exceptional rating of 5 stars to our waiter during our visits to the buffet.......Jose Luis, he was great. The construction noise was the only negative that we experienced.
