Rude hot headed wife also business owners she does a lot of back and fourth with customers instead of apologizing, she kicked me and my 4 children out the motel 2 of them are 2 year old babies she lied and said I cussed her out because she told me to get my kids out the pool we were all swimming together I just stepped in the room to get my kids a towel when she asked me to get the kids out the room I asked her for extra towels. She was taking long so I asked agin, the third time all for asking how long was the wait on the towels she lied and said I yelled and cussed at all her staff I didn’t even approach none of her staff I only spoke with her and her husband her husband is very humble however he look like he’s scared of her himself he asked me to bring the dirty towels and he would give me new ones as I watched her verbally abuse her husband and told him to kick me out after that he changed his mind and told me he was sorry but due to his wife I had to get out. A real profesional would apologize for the bad experience she likes to argue with customers and pretend she is the victim. Customers are always right they pay your bills with out them and trying to keep them coming back you won’t have any good reviews for your company
