Too many issues so much so we were unable to relax. The staff is lazy. We arrived early and were able to check in at 1:30. We went to our room to check it out. Our key didn’t work. Being on the 7th floor this was extremely inconvenient along with having our toddler with us hauling him up and down. Come to find out our door knob and keys were malfunctioning thee entire stay. Not one time that we left the room were we able to get in forcing us to always have to go to the front desk for help. The second time maintenance arrived we asked for help with the AC as it wasn’t working. He said he adjusted it to work. Wrong. Our last maintenance man who opened the door for us at 10:30 pm confirmed it does not work at all. Prior to us leaving for dinner we waited over an hour for maintenance to arrive to check the AC, welp they never arrived. Being that we arrived early we decided to stay in the hotel for breakfast. There was two other small families dining in. The service was extremely slow and all of our meals arrived over 10 min apart. Once serving our plates we no longer received service. There was one out of four jacuzzis working so that was always over populated. One jacuzzi near our room was somewhat warm with no functioning jets and filthy murky water. We rented a jr suite with a hot tub in the room. With no AC and no exhaust in the bathroom. This stay was far from relaxing as we had to wait in the hall after every outing. Nothing but issues. This place is old, crusty, rude customer service! I do not recommend it at all.
