This hotel is in serious need of improvement. Arrival was straight forward Our room was a superior with air conditioning. That was just for the living space. The bedroom had a ceiling fan which was thick with dust The tap in the shower was hanging off. No linen change in 7 days. No towel change either. I had to complain about both. The pool area is not adequate. No where near enough loungers. There is a VIP pool area which is 25 euros a day each person and we paid it! The staff on the whole are friendly. A couple were very rude, one being a receptionist and the other a bar tender. Breakfast was a buffet style, nice but expensive. We met some friends, they were all inclusive but had to leave the VIP area for drinks and had to drink them by the main pool bar! Staff are very loud in the mornings, we were disturbed every morning at around 7.30 am!
