Food sucks. Pool was disgusting, couldn’t see the bottom of the floor. The water slide cut my boyfriends arm and there are no lifeguards to tell you when to go so it’s very dangerous. The rooms were dark and filled with bugs. They charged our family over 1000 Bolivians for no reason and will not resolve it. Do not deserve the 5 stars in the name. Do NOT stay here.
