I stayed in this hotel for 7 days. No one at the reception is speaking English, except for one girl, who looks like a teenager. They gave me a very small and narrow room on the ground floor with a road view, even though my voucher stated I would get a room with a mountain view on the upper floors. When I complained, they said the hotel is overbooked. I had no space to put my suitcase horizontally, no safe to put my belongings, and no bin to put my trash. No one explained to me where the beach, the pool, the restaurant, and the Spa are. The shower cabin glass wall was too close to the bathroom door, and the bathroom floor always flooded after showering due to the poor design. Hygiene was very poor too. The only good things were the food, the beach WiFi, the staff at the hamburger bar, potato bar, ice cream bar, and the beach bar. I was in Turkey for vacation multiple times, and this is not a 5-star hotel with ultra all-inclusive service at all. I won't visit this place again, surely.
