The location is very inconvenient, with difficult access due to numerous stairs. We requested a change to a lower-floor apartment, but they offered one with only a sofa bed—clearly a downgrade to a cheaper option. If you don’t stand your ground, they will take advantage of you. On top of that, the apartment key didn’t work, and when we raised the issue, we were told, “That’s just how it is; you can close the outside door.” The photos may look nice, but the reality is far from it. Overall, a terrible experience. I would not recommend this place.
