I stayed at the villa in Fiori di Cala Rossa résidence hôtelière with my family but was disappointed with the customer service and staff attitude. There was an unexpected fee for cleaning linens (290 Euros), which was not made transparent during booking, and the checkout time was changed on short notice, which caused confusion and stress. We also experienced a lack of toiletries, wifi issues, and a language barrier with the receptionist. Despite these issues, we enjoyed the amenities and believe that with better communication, transparent pricing, and improved customer service, this villa has the potential to offer a more pleasant and enjoyable stay for future guests.
