Where do I begin? We moved here from another country and had limited time to find a place. We were shown an apartment for 2400. We applied and were approved. We were then told that apartment was not available but we could rent one for $2700. We love the location so we took it. We can hear everything the neighbor above us does. The mailroom is a joke. Hundreds of people live here and there is not only no security regarding mail, there are not enough boxes. Every time I go the the mail area boxes have been torn open and people have been robbed. Last week my new car was towed because there 10 visitor parking spots for the entire complex. The office closes at 5 on Saturday and opens again on Monday. So I could not get a temporary pass. The office staff are rental agents and offer no kindness or even friendliness. The maintenance guy is the only bright spot. I cannot wait for our lease to be up!
