The build seem very substandard. Not a good deal for me. I do not recommend buying even at a very affordable price! I feel like it would easily collapse in case of an earthquake or placing heavy loads on the upper floor. Flimsy. The developers are no longer responsible for any damages it may cause as it has been more than 15 years since the houses were built here. SMH
