Pathetic Experience at Ramada Jaipur – Never Again! This was hands down the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. Ramada Jaipur has no business calling itself a 5-star hotel. From the moment I entered, it was all downhill. Room was stinking—absolutely foul smell. Toilet seat was broken, and the curtains couldn’t even be pulled. My room card didn’t work, had to go back to get it fixed. Requested an extra bed FOUR times—and when the staff finally showed up, he gave me attitude saying, "I have 5 more beds to set up." Excuse me? That's your job! But the worst part? I asked to fetch something from my car, and the valet casually told me to go to the basement and get it myself. What kind of 5-star service is this? The basement was dark and felt completely unsafe, and as a woman alone, I felt absolutely vulnerable. This is disgusting and irresponsible behaviour in the hospitality industry. Had to beg to get my room changed just to breathe properly. Overall, horrible service, arrogant staff, no professionalism whatsoever. This is NOT a 5-star hotel. It’s a joke. 2-star at best. Never staying here again. Never recommending this place to anyone. Absolutely pathetic.
