Lets start with the rooms. We booked 9 rooms from them several months ago but when we got there 1-2 hrs late they were only able to provide us with 4 which we had to adjust. Ac not working ghey will not provide drinking water unless we pay. The bathroom did not lock. Mold and mushrooms, musquitos that kept us awake the whole night every one is sick. Service they will not pick up in the kitchen even in day time. They refuce to refill drinking water in the rooma in our whole week stay. There were puke in the common areas that they did not clean for 24 hrs even though we repetadly complained to the front desk we had to jump over it and deal with its smell for 2 days. The food sucks there was only non veg in name and not good quality. The roti sucks. The prices were marked up and expensive for additional aminities like bottled water or even tea and coffe. The time we got there none of the roads would reach the hotel and we had to walk for a deceant distance through rubble form construction because that was the only way to the hotem carrying our heavy luggage. Be carefcarefull of the old and small elevator that could barely fit 4 adults Overall the worst hotel experience i ever had. I would discribe the hotel as bad
