We were 4 people, dinner was and breakfast was included while booking, but we were stopped from getting food in dinner as the staff was not briefed to serve food bcoz they thought we were asking free food. We tried to explain the staff for 1 hr, but we failed, as the staff couldn't understand the language! Rarely phones are attended by room service! In totality, very bad experience. Staff need to be trained properly!
