The hotel is really nice. Most staff were understanding and tried to help. We had cockroaches in the room. Went to reception the gentleman got a maintenance man out within the hour but they were still there. Our main issue was that there wasn't enough sun loungers for the amount of rooms. Alot of people were complaining about this same issue. But as a while the hotel was lovely.
