The food is horrible (I don't mean bad, I really mean horrible). The drinks are okayish. I never have any expectations on an all incluse vacation but this hotel managed to still disappoint. it's not 4 but maybe 2 stars and the price is what makes it a 1 star review from my perspective. The rooms are actually nice but there is a lot of noise of constant renovations which don't let you rest. View of the coast is great but the water in the ocean is dirty and the beach part is super small and packed. I would not recommend to go here, as there are plenty of better options in Acapulco. Will not come again and regret the choice of booking this hotel.
