Ozark Mountain Resort is amazing! I've been going here since 1984, when I was 5 years old. This is not a "luxury resort", but a wonderful mountain getaway. The views are beautiful, with forest all around. It lives up to us babe, so beware it is difficult to enjoy this resort if you have distribution getting around. Lots of elevation change throughout. They have an amazing outdoor pool with in-pool basketball, volleyball, and even a bridge passing over it. Next to the pool is a tennis court, shuffleboard court, and 9 hole mini golf. Along the lower portion of the resort is a short (maybe 1/4 mile) nature trail with basketball, shuffleboard, and volleyball, and picnic tables. They have an activity center with regularly planned activities, a small menu, and lots of games, puzzles, movies, and arcade games. "Presidential" units have washers and dryers in the unit, while the "Lodge" units do not. However, there are also laundry facilities available near the activity center as well.
