We booked here for 4 nights and were put in building 5 on the second floor. The restaurant and man made beach was walking distance for us. The beach is not a “beach”, which is expected. It’s the Florida keys. We had a great view from our room and we checked in right at 5, our room was still being cleaned. After getting in 10 minutes after 5, the floors felt very dirty and we walked with our shoes/socks on. The couch had stains and it just looked dirty. The dining room chairs were torn and ripped, very uncomfortable as well. The first night, there was a bug on my pillow when laying down for the night. It could have come in on the luggage dolly or even just from having the door open for a little bit. We asked for more trash bags and towels. We never received them for the 4 nights/5 days so we had to reuse the same towel and use the trash chute to throw away stuff since we ran out of trash bags. The master bath had tile steps to get into the shower/tub. It was hard giving my daughter a bath, I had to get in each time. Also very big slip hazard, we had to use a towel to step on when getting out. VERY SMALL BALCONY! Welcome center is off site about 3 minutes down the road. When we booked the place, we had read great reviews and it may have been great for other people. Not every experience is the same but I probably will not be back. We paid a little too much for the experience we had.
