My experience couldn’t have been more perfect. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. The service was flawless from beginning to end. I can’t wait to come back. The staff went above and beyond, whether it was keeping our rooms clean or serving us each meal. It was truly wonderful. I’d like to point out a few staff members that made me feel extra special and appreciated: Janet, Leo, Artemio, Diego, Ana, and Fanny. Dining at the beach buffet was one of my favorite memories because of those folks. Marbella, Maury, Sandra, and Gerardo were amazing at indoor buffet. I can’t praise them enough for their hospitality, hard work, and dedication to the guests.
