Sadly I can’t give this hotel a 0 stars rating. I had one of the worst hotel experiences ever at this place. The rooms we received were nothing like the photos—much worse in every possible way. It felt like a bait-and-switch situation. We had to pay more money to receive rooms that were in photos. The food was absolutely awful, even worse than I could have imagined. It was clear that quality was not a priority here. But what made things even worse was the attitude of the staff. Everyone seemed more interested in finding ways to take advantage of guests rather than providing decent service. One of the most shocking moments was when we asked for a room for a few hours because our child was sleeping. Instead of helping, the staff laughed at us and then offered a room for four hours at an outrageous price of 70 euros only so 3 people could be there, the rest of us was forced to sit in hall. If you value your money and sanity, stay far away from this hotel!
