This was our first time in Jamaica, and Moon Palace came highly recommended by people I really trust—and they weren’t wrong. From the moment we arrived, everything just felt right. The service was on point, the staff were friendly and always willing to help, and the overall vibe of the place was peaceful and welcoming. You can tell they really care about the guest experience. The hotel itself is beautiful and sits in a great location. It’s right on the water, and the views are amazing. Whether we were relaxing by the pool, walking along the beach, or just enjoying the ambience—it all felt effortless. Honestly, this was a solid choice and a great first impression of Jamaica. I’d definitely come back.
