Our experience in this hotel was mixed We loved the beautiful beach and the stunning natural surroundings — the sunrise and sunset views were absolutely unforgettable. However, the facilities could definitely use some maintenance, as a lot of things were worn down. The first room we were given was in very poor condition — it was dirty, the walls were peeling, and the overall construction felt rushed and sloppy. On top of that, the pool was not clean, and the "all-inclusive" offer was misleading. It seemed to only apply to certain guests, possibly hotel associates, which was frustrating. However, we do want to sincerely thank Rich, who was very kind and helpful. He took the time to listen to our concerns and relocated us to a room in the village area. That made a big difference in improving our stay The food was good overall, but there could definitely be more variety, especially for longer stays. Unfortunately, we did encounter a few waiters who were noticeably rude, which took away from the overall dining experience. There’s potential here, but a bit more attention to service and menu diversity would go a long way. Overall : The beach and natural surroundings were absolutely beautiful, which we truly appreciated. The food was acceptable — not exceptional, but decent enough for a short stay, and Unfortunately, the hotel conditions were poor.
