Just come back from a short 5day break and what an amazing experience. From the momement you arrive to departure you are more than looked after. Lucia from the reserve team gave us a great tour of the hotel and even made sure we had the best sea view from our room. She went out her way to get wanting to get us booked in for dinner as we were only there for a few days. The room itself is stunning and very well presented. House keeping staff were excellent. The reserve pool bar/restaurant has an excellent selection of drinks and food was delicious. Thanks to Jonathan for the mojito's- best ones we've had. Also want to mention Carolina for her excellent service - she couldn't do enough for you. They hotel itself is located perfectly and you have everything you need inside the hotel and outside. If you want peace & quiet and to feel completely relaxed this is the hotel for you. We can't wait to come back and stay and one the villas. Thanks again for making the trip something to remember.
