Reasonable condo for Breckenridge. Condo was in desperate need of refresh, doors were broken, charis missing back support, and the carpets were stained. The condo entrance was poorly designed. There are 2 flights of steps up and a flight of stairs down to get to the condo. The back deck was slooping down, and the support beam was slanted, we were afraid to sit on the outside deck off the living room. The hot tub was covered with snow and not accessible as advertised. This place required a thousand dollar deposit (which is confusing because of the current condition). I called to report all the issues, and no one called me back. I would recommend if you are on a budget, but not if you want comfort. The bus stop to get to the slopes was convenient, and only 300 steps from condo.
