The tennis courts are not usable. The boat launch is clogged with sea grass... can't launch my jet ski. The building I'm in has yellow caution tape everywhere. The bocci ball court is unusable as well... they're stretching it a bit when they call that a beach, too. The condo is nice, if a bit dated, and clean. But a salt and pepper shaker should not be too much to ask.... not to mention the are no kitchen towels or dish rags. I'm staying in unit B101... the view is okay, but trimming the trees would make it great. All in all, I was disappointed. There is a LOT of potential here, but I think some up front disclosures should be required until they clean it up.
