I am extremely disappointed with my experience at this extended stay. The customer service was unacceptable. Despite repeated requests, the mattresses were never changed, leaving us with severe back pain, especially for my elderly parents who needed proper support. To make matters worse, there were several days without water, which was both inconvenient and unhygienic. Adding insult to injury, the management promised a refund for the inconvenience but failed to follow through. I expected much better service and accountability. I would not recommend this place to anyone, especially families or seniors. Also, the 5 star reviews here are fake.
