Breathtaking in both view and endurance. This place is even higher than Mount Kinabalu. However, over here, they provide a cable service. The scenic viewpoint is located at 4,506m with an option to climb higher depending on one's ability. At 4,680m, you can purchase a gold medal with your name engraved as a symbol of your achievement. A word of caution, DO NOT buy the oxygen canisters from the foothills. It's marked up by 400%. Basically, the one provided in the tour package is more than sufficient. If you're going on your own, 1 or a maximum of 2 cannisters should be enough. A place not to be missed if you're visiting Lijiang.
