Our holiday almost ruin from stepping in to the hotel. Reputation and reviews from people are real. Reception were rude, and turn a deaf ear would not entertain request. 7-nights in an apartment which was tiny, old (re-furbished), Smokey living room, stained sofa and a dead bark. We check-ed out right there after spending 30mins trying to complain. Interval international should never add this to your collection. Very disappointed holiday.
