Photos from our Balcony! GREAT VEIW! 1st of let's talk about the staff! The girls at the front dest are absolutely amazing. I wish i could remember all of their names as all 4 of them were praise worthy! Each of them are always smiling with kindness! We had an issue with another guest who repeatedly wanted us to leave the pool & told my 12 year old daughter directly to leave, so she could enjoy her balcony without hearing our kids playing in the pool. (Other guests who were also pool side, confirmed that our kids were not being loud. As they were relazing and reading near by) The girls at the front desk took care of the problem and we're great! They even managed allvthe guest events in the lobby too! The valet guys were such a big help! They never hesitated to help with bags or even climb into the bed of our truck to help get things out. Housekeeping took care of our large group making sure we had plenty of towels plus coffee and condiments each day. We love the location of this resort! It's right off the river only a few minutes away from the river walk but Just far enough that the drunken night life doesn't reach. The rainfall Showers in our room were absolutely amazing. Better than the hot tub in my opinion! Our room soo was clean when we arrived, no complaints! We enjoyed a roof top cookout, & playing billiardsq in the lobqby. My mom even won a bottle of wine on Bingo night. They have about 3 events daily for the guests to participate in. We all enjoyed the free margaritas! Note: the pool is not heated.
