My family and I randomly chose this resort for my 18th birthday holiday by chance and it was the best decision that could’ve been made The service was amazing all the time with friendly and helpful staff, made sure we got to our rooms after arriving extremely late because of the flight / transfer we had. I also very much appreciate the fact they organised a dinner for my family and myself because it was my birthday along with giving some fruit and wine, completely unexpected yet appreciated. The only thing I can nip about is the fact that the water in some of the pools is rather chilly. The food choice in the buffets is also quite good with plenty to choose from. I also love the fact that animals are around the place and are friendly, it adds to the experience / atmosphere. Rooms were always clean and there was always things to do / activities and events being advertised so you will not get bored. Definitely would recommend coming here on an all inclusive holiday package!
