Great place to stay! Condos are owned/rented by different people so everyone’s room experience wouldn’t be similar. But the grounds were beautiful and well kept. Didn’t have much dealings with staff other than front desk and she was nice and helpful. The pool was clean though on the small side, and the “rules” were a bit much… I’ve never seen toys and Marco Polo not allowed anywhere else. I didn’t see the second one. There are nice grills for tenant use. There’s a nice, small, family friendly beach across the street. The place is within walking distance of pretty much all of Kihei. Only complaint really is the parking. We weren’t all that close to our room without having to walk through the garden, the lot is dimly lit, and the numbered spots are hard to see. We stayed in C110 through Sunny Maui Vacations and the unit was great. Updated unit with AC and washer/dryer that worked well.
