We are currently staying at Karma Royal Palm Resort and everything has been absolutely excellent so far. The ambiance, service, and comfort are truly impressive. Yesterday was my wife's birthday, and I just made a simple call to the reception to ask for a cake. To our pleasant surprise, the executive not only wished her warmly but also sent us a fabulous cake to celebrate. It was such a thoughtful and memorable gesture that made our day extra special. Really appreciate the hospitality — highly recommended!
