For being built in the mid-70's, this place is maintained extremely well and has all the things you need. Fully equiped kichen, BBQ, lovely pool, Murphy bed, ample lounge chairs, and very clean. They even have sand chairs, beach toys left behind by previous visitors...so cool. Small complex that is next to a couple other small complexes which equals very quiet and luxuriously serene. But the most important thing is the STUNNING VIEWS of the ocean and palm trees out every back door. We had an upstairs room and the view was breathtaking. Downstairs rooms can walk right out to the grass then the ocean. It is also cool that they have tiki torches for evening ambiance. The bottom floors have a full dinner patio table and chairs and upstairs have a cozy table for 2. The only thing to get used to is no air conditioning. But you acclimate quickly, enjoy the tropical breezes and remind yourself you are conserving the Island's resources and NOT wastng them on being chilled.
