2/5 Stars! I recently had the opportunity to visit Kairali Heritage Inn in Kannur, but unfortunately, my experience was underwhelming. Despite its rich heritage and historic charm, the inn's old-fashioned ambiance didn't quite make up for the lack of modern facilities and cleanliness. One of the major letdowns was the convention centre, which surprisingly lacked basic toilet facilities. This was not only inconvenient but also unacceptable for a venue that hosts events and gatherings. The dining area was another area of concern. The ambiance was far from pleasant, and the overall experience was disappointing. The quality of food and service also failed to impress. Given its potential, I had expected more from Kairali Heritage Inn. However, it's clear that the inn requires significant upgrades and improvements to meet the standards of modern hospitality. To truly live up to its heritage and charm, I recommend that the management focuses on: Upgrading facilities, including toilet amenities and cleanliness Enhancing the dining experience with better food quality and ambiance l Incorporating modern comforts while preserving the inn's historic charm Until then, I would caution potential visitors to temper their expectations.
