Terrible experience trying to amend the room reservation for 2 guests instead of one. Received appalling and threatening treatment from tour operator Rutatour from Uruguay and in addition, there is a lack of clarification and willingness to help on both sides. This tour agent should be taken off-shelves, and you should be making an effort to accommodate your guest’s requests.
