This hotel truly has a lot of potential. The beach is stunning, with soft white powdery sand that could rival any tropical paradise. However, the area around the sun loungers was disappointing — cigarette butts and beer bottle caps were scattered around. While the staff does clean the beach daily, they seem to ignore the lounge area, which really impacts the overall experience. The food was another letdown. It was pretty much the same every day with limited variety. There was barely any kid-friendly food. One night there was no food choice for kids: no pasta or fries was offered. Even simple things like bananas were missing from breakfast. On a positive note, the restaurant service was fantastic. The staff there was friendly, attentive, and really tried their best. Unfortunately, the same can’t be said about most of the bar staff, who seemed demotivated and disinterested — with the exception of two standouts who were great. It felt like many were just waiting for tips, forgetting this is an all-inclusive resort where service should come standard. Our room was super spacious and very comfortable, which we really appreciated. The waterpark is absolutely fabulous — a real highlight of the stay! However, it would be even better if there were a bar nearby for drinks and snacks. All in all, this hotel could be incredible with just a bit more attention to detail and better consistency in service and cleanliness.
