Definitely not a 5-star hotel. Terrible experience. The room I receive is dirty, worn out and nothing like the pictures. The so-called “garden view” is actually a view of concrete buildings. I ask for a room change, but the new one is just as bad – same poor standard and cleanliness. Right now, I’m wasting my first day of vacation trying to deal with this instead of relaxing. Staff is not helpful and the hotel quality is far below expectations. If you care about comfort, hygiene and a real 5-star experience – do not book this hotel.
