The room lacks a "water boiling jug, tea, coffee, iron & iron table", wife kept cutting, walls painting cracking, wardrobe door needed to be pushed to close, only one rubbish basket (in the toilet), etc. Expensive restaurant; breakfast not as generous as other hotels. Men's bathroom near administration "smelly, one water tap not working, door needed to be pushed to be opened, etc. It's an old hotel which needs lots of renovation and improvements
