I am not sure why this hotel has four stars. The room smelled funky when I got in, the air conditioning didn’t work, the room door kept unlocking and opening, the hotel wouldn’t switch my room, they provide you with un bottled drinking water that makes you sick. The WiFi works but keeps disconnecting, the food is okay. There is lots of hotel staff but no one helps you. They just watched me as I went back and forth bags and don’t serve you in the restaurants. What really gets me is my room door opening wide open magically every few hours. If i leave the hotel all my stuff is likely to get stolen and the hotel just doesn’t care.
