Im giving the rooms 1 star as that was a big disappointment for the price. I paid 5 mil for 5 nights at an ocean front room. 1st room had a leak over the bed from the light. 2nd room had ants coming from behind the sink. Well from the pictures can see the second room needed some maintenance This hotel has potential as the customer service plus location is good. Frankly the rooms need a lot of maintenance plus the buffet food was honestly a 3/5. I went there for my birthday and don't plan to go back. The a la carte restaurants were nice. The annoyance was you had to make a reservation for them at 8am the day of using the wi-fi only at the reception building. So if your cell service isn't the best it is lacking wifi at the rooms. Ultimately the customer service was nice, they did switch my room when it started leaking water into my bed. Also if your room is anywhere near the pool you will be up all night as the party music is loud my girlfriend had a hard time sleeping with this. Don't forget there is no gym either. A couple mentioned to me Decameron Isleño didn't have any of these problems plus bigger bathrooms
