We had a fabulous stay at Holiday Inn Club Vacations Scottsdale Resort and the experience was positive right from the moment we walked into the lobby to check in. Manny was at the front desk and immediately acknowledged us while he was helping another customer, which we really appreciated. Once it was our turn, he apologized for the wait and handled a few hiccups during check-in very quickly, efficiently, and always with a smile. We have travelled to many different hotels all over the world, and Manny truly stood out as one of the most genuine people we’ve encountered in hospitality. His customer service was exceptional and made such a great first impression for our stay. The resort itself was excellent. Our 2-bedroom villa was very clean, spacious, and having two bathrooms was amazing for our family. The unit was thoughtfully stocked with everything we needed, including dish soap, sponges, washing machine detergent, and plenty of towels, which made the stay feel very comfortable and convenient. We also loved that the pools were open until 10pm, especially during the heatwave, and the activity room was fun for all ages. Overall, it was a wonderful stay from start to finish, and we can’t wait to come back again.
