Disclaimer: I do NOT live here, but I frequently visit since I have relatives that do. I came to visit for the weekend and parked for one night (last night), to find out this morning my car was GONE. I called the towing company since the management office was closed and they said that I was towed due to parking in a visitor’s spot as a “resident”. I don’t blame the towing company, since they were just doing their job. However, we speculate that a resident filed a complaint or I just got towed for who knows what reason, but management STILL has the duty of checking the visitor’s pass. My car is not registered under their property because I am a VISITOR! I never had a resident sticker on my car and was wrongfully towed. Not only were we inconvenienced, but we also had to pay $230 to get my car back. Absolutely AWFUL place to park if you are a visitor. I suspect it was a resident or security just wasn’t doing their job. We are expecting management to reimburse the impound fee because we have proof I was a visitor, not a resident!
