It is good value for the money. It is small compared to some Outer Banks rentals/timeshares but it sleeps six (more on the floor). It is cozy with an open floor plan. Electric fireplace. And two porches, one screened and one open. Though directly on the beach, the 100 numbered units cannot see the ocean but overlook the pool area due to growing sand dune. The 200 and 300 numbered units overlook both the pool and the ocean. The units are so convenient and come fully equipped . My best friend’s family rent a house for a week (lots of grandkids), but they have to haul all their own linens for bed and bath, cookware, dishes, paper towels, and toilet paper. I have visited for the past four years and loved it.
