★★★★★ Unforgettable Family Vacation at HARRIS Resort Waterfront Batam! Our family of four (kids aged 4 and 7) just returned from a magical 5-night stay at HARRIS Resort Waterfront Batam, and we couldn't be more impressed! The room was perfect - spacious enough for our active children. The resort is genuinely family-focused. The children's pool complex with water slides and foam party kept our kids entertained for hours. We appreciated the secure check-in/out system for peace of mind. Dining was surprisingly stress-free! The restaurants offer excellent kids' menus with healthy options (not just the typical chicken nuggets). High chairs and children's utensils were provided without asking, and staff were patient with our occasionally messy meals. Looking forward to come again
