Well, I tried to donate but in the end the driver rejected most of our items. I had two complete vanities to donate which were in very good condition, accepted with the photos submitted to the office. In order to remove the cabinets and bring them downstairs we had to take the doors and countertops off. The driver rejected them because they were not assembled, then told me they don’t take sinks (?). Seemed like mixed messaging to me. I put the doors back on one cabinet and they took that, but I could not find where my husband put all the screws for the other vanity doors and to secure the countertops. In hindsight, if I had rescheduled, we could have reassembled them and they could have taken everything another day, but oh well. I posted the rest for free on Facebook Marketplace and people were glad to take them, even with missing screws. Next time I’ll stick with marketplace.
