Very unpleasant and pathetic stay . It's not a resort it's a lodge . They take a booking in the name name of resort where they promise a lot but when actually the guest arrives resort it is non operational. There is no reception no kitchen no staff no room service no laundry all torn and shabby stained unwashed bedsheets and towels kept for the guest. We have to keep waiting long in the dark to get attained by some one so that we can check in after calling at the resort that we travelling from and would reach at so and so time still there were no arrangements made. None of the bathrooms were in working condition no hot water no plumber was available to fix the bathroom fittings all were off the hook. Most important thing about the resort is they don't even check the I'd of the guest nor do they take a copy of it with them to keep in the record's. I regret being a member of this club. I have mailed my grevience to the club but there is no one to revert also for the mail nor they are bothered for the feed back also.
