Francis was great! He did everything he possibly could to help our group! He was fast, efficient and always on time! He checked in on us and made our stay the best! If he couldn’t get us he made sure to send someone right on time for us. He also helped make us reservations as well as set up activities and shopping for us! He picked up the slack where our butler failed to do so! He needs a promotion and has amazing hospital skills!
