Unacceptable Hotel Conditions Horrible experience with the worst reception ever. Two starts rating would be enough. My family and I arrived at the hotel in Hurghada, after an exhausting 13-hour journey from the Netherlands, only to encounter extremely disappointing and unacceptable conditions at the hotel. Upon check-in, we were shocked to find both rooms in a state of severe neglect and uncleanliness. we could not bear to spend another night in such unsanitary conditions, especially after we began experiencing skin irritation from what appeared to be bed bugs. Given these circumstances, we had no choice but to check out of the hotel and find alternative accommodation at another hotel, which was extremely difficult and stressful. The experience not only ruined the start of our vacation but also caused significant distress to my family. See the photos
